To verify your chiropractic coverage, please take a picture of your insurance ID card (front and back), write the Subscriber's date of birth, and email us at info@proreliefchiropractic.com. We will verify and explain your benefits before treatment at no charge.

 

Remember that you will have a deductible to meet; once that is completed, you will have your co-pay or co-insurance. Chiropractors are still categorized as “specialists” unless otherwise told.

This is usually a different fee from your primary care doctor's fee.

*Some Cigna insurance plans cover chiropractic care as out-of-network. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.  

 

*When using an in-network provider, “non-covered” charges such as Soft Tissue Therapy (Active Release Technique) and Dry needling will still incur out-of-pocket costs.
